Mindfulness in Motion

Thoughts, feelings, and emotions are often momentary and only last for a very short time. They may be gone even before you actually realize it.


Described as ‘mindfulness in motion’, journaling is the process of recording or documenting your thoughts, ideas, feelings, and emotions on a piece of paper. It is an effective tool that contributes greatly to your  growth and helps to change your life for the better.

Managing Emotions Made Simpler

We go about their daily activities either not noting our emotions or actively suppressing them. However, your feelings still have a way of coming to the surface and influencing your behavior, whether we are conscious of it or not.


I provide a safe space to  process your feelings  through 

 "Simple Talk & Journaling".  We will Identify and accept the particular feelings you're experiencing.  Through this process we will  release challenging emotions and free your mind.

Enhancing Self-Discovery a 4 Week 'Simple Talk '& 'Journaling'


*Do you ever feel you need to just talk with someone non bias, feel heard and help you to move forward in life.


In this course we will meet Via Zoom weekly for 60 minutes, we will "Talk" & Journal".  tailor made for your particular needs.
